Windspeed and Direction

Maestro ®: Displays windspeed, wind direction and highest gusts in mph and kph. Wind direction is clearly visible on LEDs run off household power pack. Highest gusts are saved on Maximun's unique Gust Register, featured on both Maestro and Vigilant instruments. Vigilant ®: Displays windspeed and gusts. Features Maximum's uniquie Gust Register. Self powered by rooftop sensor. Needs no batteries or other power source. Nor'easter ®: Battery-powered two digit windspeed instrument housed in a light wood block. Can be mounted on wall or desktop. 9-volt battery not included. Weather Processors

Merlin ®: Brass-cased instrument with a "brain" to record changes and trends as well as present conditions. 'Peak' gives speed and direction of highest gust since last reset. 'Average' reveals average windspeed and direction since last reset. 'Forecast' compares most recent 12-minute average with previous 12 minutes. Allows you to see trends and changes in wind conditions. Can "team up" with Mystic to compute windchill. Memory is protected by 15-hour backup. Cables, AC adaptor, sensors and hardware supplied. Mystic ®: Digitally displays both barometric pressure and temperature in four different modes: present, high, low, and 'Rate of Change' for barometric pressure, which shows the amount of change in inches per hour. When connected to Merlin, "Wind Chill" setting will show the effect of windspeed on temperature. Mystic is protected by a 15-hour backup to handle power outages and preserve data. Rainwatch ®: An attractive companion to digital stations as well as analog. Displays either long or short term rainfall with the flip of a switch. Select the length of time for each 'counter' with the reset switch, to collect annual rainfall in one memory, weekly or daily rainfall in the other. LED displays rainfall from .01" to 99.99" with an inch/cm conversion chart. A 9V battery will collect and maintain data for up to 1 week in case of power failure. Outside collector meets NWS specifications for size and accuracy, and is self emptying for your convenience. Rainwatch is also compatable with most other rainfall collectors.
